Welcome Back!
Your plan covers coaching sessions for the timeframe you select. Plans includes personal access to a Coach and/or Support Specialist during scheduled session times. Each session week includes 2 sessions, approx. 30 minutes each, between you and a designated coach. Keep in mind session days and/or weeks can exclude holidays and special times such as birthdays and significant celebrations. Sessions may be virtual or in person. You will be required to coordinate sessions with your designated Coach and/or Support Specialist, and responsible for attending your scheduled session. Missed or cancelled sessions may not be rescheduled or refunded. Please ensure you have reviewed and accepted the Support Agreement terms and conditions.
